• Dedicated Vehicle Acquisition: This will be a multi-purpose Omni/Echo van to serve as our mobile eye collection unit.

• Medical Equipment: This includes a medical kit and cooler box to ensure the safe and sterile transport of donated eyes.

• 24/7 Tele-Caller Service: This round-the-clock service will enable us to respond to all eye donation calls without delay.

• Volunteer Incentives: This covers basic expenses for our volunteers who are the backbone of our operation.
